Federal Airport Improvement Program Pre-Application

All anticipated FFY 2011 projects must be submitted to the Office of Aviation by
Monday, December 14, 2009.  Information regarding planning and the application process can be found at:

       Developing Your Airport Through Sound Capital Planning Practices

Complete applications will include:
 

• Sponsor Identification and checklist
   
• ACIP Data Sheet - One for each project in first 3 years of CIP -  Signed
  and dated by the sponsor

• 5-Year Capital Improvement Program (CIP)  - Signed by the sponsor

• Long Range Needs Assessment

• Planning documents as required
      
      Snow Plow sizing spreadsheet (If applicable)
      
      Apron sizing spreadsheet (If applicable)
  
      Revenue producing facilities must include a statement indicating:
      1) all airside needs met, approaches clear and project justified
